Forward We Must Go!
As we aim to improve student outcomes, we will be required to approach learning using a forward-thinking mindset in order to provide district, campus and classroom instructional leaders with the tools and strategies necessary to promote equitable, culturally responsive and individualized learning experiences for all children. To do so, we must ensure that teachers are highly trained in cultural competency to address the needs of every learner within their assigned instructional settings.
The "Why" Behind Our Design
We seek to meet the demands for prescriptive professional learning options that provide equity and access to instructional tools and strategies for teachers at every level. Therefore, we have envisioned our professional learning platforms and services using varied data and research-driven instructional improvement practices. By using a multi-modal approach, we serve as an on-demand professional learning resource for educators. As forward thinkers, we know the effective delivery and depth of instruction using a culturally responsive approach are the difference makers!
